New style handle bar and fix for rear wheel adapter

Came up with this for a little different style handle(cutting the ends off and using the old swing over style handle bars. Machined a few parts and added 4 bends and another set of mounts to take the pressure off just having it on the rear mount by the wheels. Then made template,(cardboard, aluminum then the final one in chromoly) leveled the deck on a fixture table and cut out those adapters and welded to the factory style machined wheel adjustment nuts.

It seems the original rear-wheel adapters when using 10" wheels in the rear are a hard find, also the LH & RH adapters are different due to the angle. Does anyone have any pictures or diagrams of the original ones as a guide in case anyone would like to make their own?

I would imagine the need for a jig or table of some sort to be sure you get the same position for LH & RH sides to be in alignment with each other.
