Fixed handles

The great debate, fixed or swing over handles...My stable of mowers uses only fixed. I have several decks the need handles. If anyone wants to contribute to the cause please let me know. I have swing-over ones to trade.

I did speak with a metal worker, I'll be getting quotes to have the handles reproduced.

I cannot find a reliable person to do short runs on reproductions, I however will be purchasing the necessary material and tools to reproduce the fixed handles myself. I hope there's some interest to cover costs but I need at least 2 anyway.

The tubing is bent for handles. FYI, material for 3 sets of handles is $50, The labor to bend $115. Then I have weld the crossbar, flare the ends, drill, paint etc.. Takes me one day per handle. Grips are $10 a pair. Shipping.. no clue. So.. I don't know what to charge for these. Plus I need handles myself. So it costs me 200 dollars to manufacture 3 handles and 2-3 full day's labor. I'm thinking 130 dollars for a complete set of brand new fixed landscaper style handles. Price may come down as I do more, I don't know yet. I'll be doing a set of 3 and keeping one for myself. I need feedback/interest.
