Commercial handle bar

The landscaper I purchased my Cemetery mower from hacked out 9 inches from the handle bar height. Thanks to Rocco I was able to fix this with the tubing he provided me!

First I had to re cut and clean the prior weld area. There was spatter everywhere! Once clean and square, I mig welded the donor tubing into the bars to bring them back to the proper height.
