Hey now ! New to the site with a few questions about my "mini monster"
It's all original with a 2 stroke tecumseh. Issue #1 fuel leeks heavily out of the air cleaner opening.
are there O rings I should be replacing? #2 It's loud as hell. The "muffler" or Exhaust port is under the deck. Seems like around 115db at half throttle.( maybe not that much but the neighborhood knew I had something special when she ran) Any help would be appreciated. Will post photos soon.

Yeah, they are rare, even more rare if its a 2-stroke.

Well it seems after owning this mower for a long, long time (circa mid 80's) I always thought it was a 13". If the mark on the deck is any indication, then it's actually a 14". Motor is without doubt 2 stroke 32:1 mix. See photos.
