The top photo is before I owned it. It sat like that for about a month then when high school let out for the year I fixed it up as much as I could. It still needs some carb work and belt work. If anyone has any advice please share it!! It has a 5hp clinton engine which besides the carb seems to be fine, and a 3 speed peerless transmission.
